Mellany is looking to rent your flat.

Lara is the landlord/building manager who doesn’t like you.

Scene starts with you eagerly waiting for Mellany to arrive.

You are disappointed when the landlord (Lara) arrives instead.

Lara is here because you did not respond to her messages, and she wants to make sure you know that you have to move out, because she knows you’ve been making “dirty movies” here. She tries to be polite and professional, but she is clearly not happy with you, and she is disgusted by the porn stuff.

You say: “OK don’t worry, I’m already preparing to move out. Actually I have a person coming over right now to look at the place, she wants to rent it.”

Lara says: “You’re not supposed to make your own appointments to show the flat.” And she decides to stay and wait for the person so she can show her the flat herself.

When Lara notices that your cameraman is there, you tell her you’re just getting some final shots of the studio, to help you set up your next studio. She’s rather annoyed by this, but she quickly forgets about him because she’s just eager to make sure you’re moving out.

Also Lara is disgusted by the sexual pictures on the walls, and tells you to make sure you remove them.

Then Mellany arrives. After you greet her, Lara immediately asks you to please excuse them, and you leave the scene.

Now it’s only the girls. Lara shakes Mellany’s hand and introduces herself.

Lara is pleasant and friendly to Mellany (not in a sexual way, just happy to have a prospective new tenant to replace the creepy porn guy :))

Lara is very apologetic about the “inappropriate” pictures being there, and she assures Mellany that they will be removed.

Mellany is cool and cheerful, just showing her natural personality (but she’s a regular girl, not a porn girl! So she appreciates that the pictures will be removed).

After Lara gives Mellany a quick tour, they talk for a couple minutes – asking questions, and maybe just friendly conversation, being expressive and natural, but no sexy stuff.

Then you’ll interrupt with the KO when Lara is mid-sentence
