Now here is my revised script:

From the beginning to min 5:

You start with the model sitting on a couch – or something like that – really drunk already. She is watching TV. Her left hand is lying on the couch holding a filled glass. Her right hand is holding a cigarette near her face. She is short before passing out completely. Only the hand – not the forearm – now sinks limp till it hangs limp forward still holding the cigarette. You zoom to the hand which begins to twitch slightly as if you are about to fall asleep.

You now move the lens up to her face till it is in a sharp close-up. Her head, eyes still open sinks back and her eyes slowly rolls back till they are shut. She slips into a deep and heavy sleep, so her mouth opens slowly and her tongue comes out and keeps sticking out a bit by increasingly heavy breathing. Also the eyes opens again a little by themselves while slipping deeper and deeper into unconsciousness.

Min 5 to 10:

Now you start the eye checks.

1. At first you lift the lid of her right eye slowly, which is looking to the right side. You let the lid only go and it shuts slowly by itself and may – with one and the other check – remain open a very little bit like it happens in a deep sleep. Now you open her left eye and that pupil first is directed upwards and moves slowly downwards in her sleep. You let also this lid go.

2. You repeat all this beginning now by opening her left eye slowly, which is looking to the left side. You let the lid go again and open her right eye and again that pupil first is directed upwards and slowly moves downwards in deep sleep. You also let this lid go again.

1. and 2. alternately to min 10.

Min 10 to 15:

The remaining 5 min you perform eye checks with both eyes (alternately 1. both eyes are looking upwards and moves downwards slowly in her sleep / 2. both are directed to the right / 3. both are directed to the left). Finally you grab her tongue and pull it further out slowly.

All the checks in highest resolution and close-up.

Cut.

Min 15 to 17:

Now the model is lying on her back on a bed or some pad where you can film from both sides. You begin by filming from the left side. We see the model beginning by the upper body to the face, mouth opened in her sleep. The right hand is lying next to her face limp forward, the left hand angled under her chest.

Min 17 to 27:

Now you slowly, really slowly raise her forearm to 90 degrees to the pad till the hand hangs limp forward and zoom to the hand in a close-up. You may need about 3 seconds, remain limp forward for 3-4 seconds, turn from little finger in front to thumb in front 3-4 seconds and turn back again for 3-4 seconds, pull the forearm back – again 3-4 seconds – till the limp hand falls back (normal falling speed) – the one and the other time of the drops in that position backwards you stretch the fingers a bit, so that the palm can be seen in every detail (about 5 seconds). Then you remain – limp back hanging hand – for another 3-4 seconds and turn the hand again – or (if that is easier to handle) the lens in close up round the back hanging hand- so that every angle of the back hanging hand is visible, pull it forward (3-4 seconds) till the limp hand falls forward again (normal falling speed) and remain limp forward again for 3-4 seconds.

All this may take 30-40 seconds, so you can repeat it to get 5 min in total (min 17 to min 22) about 9 to 10 times till laying it back angled under her chest.

Then you do the same from the other side with the other hand again about 9 to 10 times to get the next 5 min (min 22 to min 27).

Most important is that in each position the lens is focused sharply to see each detail (pores, tiny hair, wrinkles).

Min 27 to 30:

The about three remaining minutes the lens – zoomed to the hand in close up – moves to the models face again and perform some eye checks in close up, the mouth now open wider than in the beginning of the scene. Finally you grab her neck and lift the resting head a bit in close-up till it hangs back, eyes opens a little by themselves and the wide open mouth opens even more by heavy breathing. This final setting you hold about 10 seconds. Fade out.

End of the movie.
